Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it with clear photo or video proof for verification.
Exchanges due to size issues or genuine product defects are accepted with a valid reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact to qualify for return/exchange.
